First the die is installed to the grinding machine through a very accurate process, that will grind the inner surface of the die and make it even, also it helps loosen any material that might be clogging to holes, this is done using a high end technology, that only Kira Traders International possess in the MENA region.
The next step would be cleaning the holes, after which comes the countersinking which takes very skilled engineers to input the right calibrations for each die that gets installed to the countersink machine as each die is unique.
This process can be done more than once for the same die, which will give the die much longer life expectancy up to 90% every time it gets refurbished.
